Like new: never used or very few times, with or without
label, minimal defects indicated in the description and visible in the photos.

Very good condition: a rarely used, kept second-hand item
fine, however you may notice some minor wear (shown in the
description and visible in the photos if it exists). However without defects
visible externally or internally.

Good Condition: A second-hand item that has visibly been
used, but still in good condition. If any, defects are indicated
in the description and are visible in the photos. Marks may be visible
of discrete wear, which have been created over time.

Acceptable: Item has been worn frequently. Demonstrate
Signs of wear but still perfectly usable. The flaws are
indicated in the description and are visible in the photos.

Fair: This is a daily used item. AND
still usable, but may have some flaws that need attention (indicated
in the description and on the photos). Signs of wear are quite visible.

Shipments to Italy will take 4 working days to arrive at their destination with standard shipping. We also offer 1-day express shipping. Always free shipping for orders over 350 euros.

Foreign shipments take from 8/10 days.

All shipments are traceable.

The return is possible if communicated within 3 days after receiving the goods. You will then have 7 days to return the product. You will receive the prepaid label to be applied to the outside of the package. The shipment must be carried out by the buyer independently. After receiving the goods, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.

Important:

• In order to be able to return the products, they must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
• The shipment is made in their original packaging and packaged as received.
• A copy of the purchase invoice must be present inside the package.
